🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement AI-powered applications to improve internal business operations and workflows
- Convert business needs into technical solutions, prototypes, and production-ready systems
- Develop intelligent assistants, automation tools, and AI-driven support solutions for internal users
- Leverage cloud-based AI platforms, automation frameworks, and low-code tools to deliver scalable solutions
- Connect AI functionalities with existing platforms, applications, and operational processes
- Maintain best practices around AI governance, security, compliance, and data reliability
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and continuously evaluate new tools and frameworks
- Work closely with stakeholders from technical and business teams to deliver solutions and share knowledge across the organization
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript technologies, especially Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, automation pipelines, and DevOps methodologies
- Practical experience building AI-enabled applications using modern AI ecosystems, cloud AI services, automation platforms, or AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions and transform them into scalable and maintainable applications
- Good understanding of prompt design techniques, retrieval-based AI architectures, and orchestration concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and system integration approaches
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery
- Problem-solving attitude with a practical and solution-oriented approach
- Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies and AI innovations
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teams across regions and time zones
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
