Your Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in applied AI research and development, with a proven track record of implementing and evaluating novel AI models.
- Deep understanding of state-of-the-art AI research across NLP, computer vision, speech, and multi-modal learning, evidenced by a consistent track record of staying current with relevant publications and advancements.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and prototyping AI models, including fine-tuning and extending Large Language Models (LLMs), building vision-language models, and creating multi-modal systems that combine text, images, and audio.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing robust training pipelines and conducting rigorous evaluations to optimize model performance in practical settings.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to integrate research breakthroughs into product development.
