🎯 Role Overview
A strategic yet hands-on architecture role responsible for connecting client business needs with feasible GenAI architectures. Drives technical pre-sales and PoCs while enabling internal engineering teams to adopt AI-assisted development practices.
📋 Key Responsibilities
-
Client Architecture & Discovery: Lead client workshops to evaluate GenAI use cases. Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective architectures using LLMs, RAG, agents, and cloud infrastructure.
-
Technical Ownership & Pre-Sales: Build or guide PoCs, review code/designs, and support technical proposals, scoping, and estimation for prospective clients.
-
AI Enablement & Standards: Coach engineering teams on AI-assisted coding tools, evaluation methods, and reusable workflows. Establish reference architectures and governance frameworks across project teams.
🎯 Requirements
-
Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or related roles with recent hands-on GenAI experience. Must have personally built and delivered at least one LLM, RAG, or agent application beyond the prototype phase.
-
Technical Breadth: Practical knowledge of RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, model selection, cloud architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and system trade-offs (cost, latency, security).
-
AI-Assisted Engineering: Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and the ability to train/coach developers.
-
Client-Facing Skills: Excellent English communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; adept at converting ambiguous client needs into clear delivery plans.
