Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through market research, cold calls, and networking.
• Support Managers in reaching out to potential clients in the IT and tech industry.
• Maintain and update the client and prospect database.
• Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships through follow-ups, meetings, and regular communication.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on client acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze market trends.
• Self-motivated, hungry, eager to learn and humble
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
