Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

Work closely with Data Engineering to build and maintain core datasets that support both operational reporting and exploratory analysis.

Query, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets to generate meaningful insights.

Develop rich and interactive dashboards and visualizations using internal tools and third-party platforms such as Tableau.

Conduct research and development to design and launch end-to-end AI-powered products for customers.

Apply Generative AI models to develop data-driven solutions for both internal use and customer-facing products.

Identify opportunities to automate analytical processes and reporting workflows.
Additional Responsibilities

Leverage large volumes of structured and unstructured data to improve customer business performance.

Manage end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Develop a deep understanding of data models, business domains, and operational workflows, ensuring high data quality in assigned areas.

Design and maintain business-focused dashboards that align with stakeholder requirements and decision-making needs.
Requirements
Ideal Background
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or other data-focused disciplines.

2–4 years of experience in a highly analytical or quantitative role.

A self-motivated team player who can quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical business stakeholders.

Solid experience with Generative AI technologies, including designing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments.
Nice to Have

Experience building data products for internal or external users.

Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and data infrastructure, such as:

AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2)

GCP (BigQuery, Compute Engine)
