Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

• Work closely with Data Engineering to build core datasets that enable both operational and exploratory analysis.

• Query, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets.

• Create dynamic dashboards using internal tools as well as third-party platforms such as Tableau.

• Lead research and development of end-to-end AI-driven products for customers.

• Apply Generative AI models to develop data products for internal and external use cases.

• Automate data workflows and processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

• Harness large volumes of structured and unstructured data to drive business performance improvements.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of data projects, from design to deployment, across multiple functions and stakeholders.

• Develop a deep understanding of data models and business domains while ensuring data quality in areas of ownership.

• Deliver dashboards aligned with business needs, leveraging both in-house and third-party tools.

Requirements

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).

• 2–4 years of experience in a highly quantitative role.

• Self-motivated team player, quick to adopt and apply new tools and techniques.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and proven track record of designing and deploying LLM models in production.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in developing internal or customer-facing data products.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms and tools: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2) and/or GCP (BigQuery, Compute Engine).
