Responsibilities:

• Own product roadmap.

• Determine training and talent development needs.
• Secure upper management support for products.
• Provide clear instructions to engineering teams.

Requirements:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification.
• Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with Design Thinking/Product Management.
• Familiarity with SonarQube (or similar) and feature management tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Split).
• Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering.
• Significant engineering experience.
• Proven supervisory and technical skills.
• Experience with Crypto or Web3 projects.
