We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team while partnering with regional stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Manage day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and on schedule.

Work closely with Product, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning for team members.

Identify and remove delivery obstacles while continuously improving engineering processes and team efficiency.

Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of engineering talent.

Encourage engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the team.

Act as a bridge between local and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Keep up with industry trends and recommend new technologies or practices where appropriate.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading engineering teams.

Proven experience managing software development teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Strong software engineering background; previous hands-on development experience is highly valued.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Comfortable working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
