We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team while partnering with regional stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Manage day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and on schedule.

• Work closely with Product, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning for team members.

• Identify and remove delivery obstacles while continuously improving engineering processes and team efficiency.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of engineering talent.

• Encourage engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the team.

• Act as a bridge between local and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Keep up with industry trends and recommend new technologies or practices where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading engineering teams.

• Proven experience managing software development teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong software engineering background; previous hands-on development experience is highly valued.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Comfortable working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling engineering teams.

• Background in product-driven organizations or regional/global teams.
