To support our rapid expansion across global markets, we are seeking an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager to own execution, delivery, and team development within our engineering squads. Sitting at the intersection of technical excellence and people leadership, you will ensure our teams build the right solutions, with high quality, at the speed required to win.

Key Responsibilities

• Squad Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery cycle for your engineering squad—ensuring high code quality, system reliability, and consistent execution speed.

• Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for code quality, automated testing, and software architecture.

• People Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and develop engineers into high performers, fostering an autonomous team culture that operates effectively with minimal supervision.

• Pragmatic Technical Decision-Making: Guide squad-level technical decisions, striking the right balance between rapid shipping velocity, code maintainability, and quality.

• Friction & Risk Elimination: Proactively surface and resolve technical debt, system bottlenecks, and delivery blockers before they disrupt roadmaps.

• Capacity Planning & Product Alignment: Partner closely with Product, QA, and Delivery managers to align engineering bandwidth with commercial priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ Years in Software Engineering, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.

• Hands-on Technical Background: Proven history as a software engineer who has built and shipped production software, not just managed people.

• Talent Development: Demonstrated track record of mentoring, growing, and retaining high-performing engineering talent.

• Full-Stack / Core Technical Breadth: Strong technical foundations across backend, frontend, or modern cloud architecture.

• Clear Communication: Able to translate deep technical trade-offs into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.

• Uncompromising Standards: Sets a high bar for engineering quality and holds the team accountable to it.
