Role Overview

Our fast-growing technology company is expanding its senior leadership architecture. To support this growth, we are hiring an Executive Coach to work directly with senior leaders as they navigate increasingly complex organizational, strategic, and team dynamics.

This is an operator-to-operator coaching role designed for someone who has previously carried true business accountability. You will not dictate solutions or manage from a textbook; instead, you will serve as a credible peer—sharpening executive thinking, challenging assumptions, and empowering leaders to build and execute high-impact strategies they fully own.

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Leadership Team, you will operate with significant autonomy to identify where coaching intervention drives the highest enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Peer-Level Executive Coaching: Deliver high-impact 1:1 and team-level coaching for senior executives across business and product functions.

  • Elevate Decision-Making: Help leaders identify blind spots, reflect on trade-offs, refine strategy, and build personal leadership capacity.

  • Socratic Leadership Challenge: Ask incisive, high-leverage questions grounded in real operating experience—provoking deeper clarity without stripping ownership.

  • Organizational Diagnostics: Surface macro leadership and structural patterns, sharing strategic insights directly with the C-Suite.

  • Proactive Engagement: Identify key operational bottlenecks across senior teams and autonomously deploy coaching frameworks where impact is highest.

What Success Looks Like

  • Capably Led Business Units: Senior executives make clearer decisions, take uncompromising ownership, and embody core operational values.

  • Aligned, High-Performing Teams: Leaders build squads with sharp priorities, explicit metrics, and total operational clarity.

  • Accelerated Execution: Stronger leadership capability translates directly into faster, more reliable product delivery across our platform portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven Operator Background: Track record leading large, multi-manager organizations with direct P&L responsibility or equivalent P&L-level business unit accountability.

  • Business Impact Track Record: Demonstrated history of delivering measurable performance improvements in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Peer Credibility: Ability to engage C-Suite and VP-level executives as an equal, earned through real-world operational scar tissue.

  • Non-Directive Coaching Mindset: Passion for guiding leaders to discover their own answers rather than prescribing solutions.

  • English Proficiency: Near-native written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational leadership experience within a high-growth technology scale-up.

  • ICF or equivalent recognized executive coaching certification.

  • Advanced postgraduate degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Note: Exclusive full-time position. Concurrent freelancing, advisory roles, or part-time consulting arrangements are strictly prohibited.
