Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Frontend Lead to spearhead our web development initiatives. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team, architect scalable and robust web applications using ReactJS, and set frontend engineering standards across the organization.

With 8+ years of hands-on experience, you will bridge the gap between business vision, UI/UX design, and technical execution. As this position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, strong English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

Architect, design, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient frontend applications using ReactJS and its modern ecosystem.
Establish and drive engineering best practices, design systems, coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure optimal frontend performance, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices.
Evaluate and introduce modern technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve technical efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Frontend Engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and regular 1-on-1s.
Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture centered on technical excellence and continuous learning.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and support team members' career development.

3. Project Delivery & Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Leads, and QA teams to translate product requirements into technical roadmaps.
Participate in sprint planning, task estimations, system architecture discussions, and technical grooming sessions.
Communicate technical choices, risks, and progress effectively to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Role Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead, module lead, or principal role.
ReactJS Mastery: Deep technical understanding of ReactJS (Hooks, Fiber, Server Components, State Management tools like Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
Core Web Stack: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, etc.).
Language Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for daily collaboration with global team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and SSR/SSG frameworks (Next.js or Remix).
Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and micro-frontend architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker).
Proven track record of managing and scaling frontend applications serving large user bases.
