The client is currently developing SignalIQ — a platform that empowers users to track, analyze, and take action on fast-changing company intelligence using real-time data and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and guide the platform’s architecture and overall technical strategy in a dynamic, application-layer environment.

• Develop impactful product features that enhance customers’ go-to-market performance in measurable ways.

• Deliver quickly in short iterations, track results, and consistently push for higher standards in reliability, data integrity, and user experience.

• Take ownership—learn rapidly, solve blockers independently, and uphold excellence in speed, quality, and collaboration.

• Partner with research and product teams to integrate language, retrieval, and embedding models into production with strong safety measures and observability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.

• Solid Python expertise; skilled in FastAPI, Django, or Flask for RESTful and asynchronous API development.

• Practical experience with React/Next.js and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Knowledge of distributed systems (Celery, Kafka, PostgreSQL) and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark/Flink).

• Proficient with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms), Docker, and CI/CD processes.

• Track record of delivering customer-focused features quickly in a fast-paced startup setting.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience orchestrating LLMs with LangChain or OpenAI function calling (multi-agent systems a plus).

• Background in information retrieval, vector search, or embeddings.

• Familiarity with real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis).

• Previous startup or founding team involvement.

• Noteworthy open-source work or impressive personal projects.
