Key Responsibilities

Define and guide the platform’s architecture and overall technical strategy in a dynamic, application-layer environment.

Develop impactful product features that enhance customers’ go-to-market performance in measurable ways.

Deliver quickly in short iterations, track results, and consistently push for higher standards in reliability, data integrity, and user experience.

Take ownership—learn rapidly, solve blockers independently, and uphold excellence in speed, quality, and collaboration.

Partner with research and product teams to integrate language, retrieval, and embedding models into production with strong safety measures and observability.
Requirements

2+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.

Solid Python expertise; skilled in FastAPI, Django, or Flask for RESTful and asynchronous API development.

Practical experience with React/Next.js and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.

Knowledge of distributed systems (Celery, Kafka, PostgreSQL) and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark/Flink).

Proficient with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms), Docker, and CI/CD processes.

Track record of delivering customer-focused features quickly in a fast-paced startup setting.
Nice-to-Have

Experience orchestrating LLMs with LangChain or OpenAI function calling (multi-agent systems a plus).
