In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between design and deployment, working alongside our AI and market-readiness teams to transform complex concepts into essential tools for a global enterprise audience. We prioritize "AI-native" workflows—meaning you use AI to build faster and integrate it deeply into the user experience.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the development of new features across our stack (TS/React/Node) and manage LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

• Architectural Strategy: Influence core systems design and rapid prototyping cycles to ensure long-term scalability.

• User-Centric Design: Take ownership of interface logic and administrative tools, ensuring a seamless experience for Fortune 500 clients.

• Cross-Functional Sync: Partner with customer success and AI researchers to iterate based on real-world feedback.

Your Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack environments, ideally within high-velocity startups.

• Mindset: You are pragmatic and shipping-oriented; you prefer "done and iterating" over "perfect and stagnant."

• Technical Breadth: Proficiency in TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and backend orchestration. Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks is a significant advantage.

• Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first setting.
