What You’ll Do
As a Full-stack DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and modern front-end technologies like Angular.
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes using tools like Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Enforce strong code security practices, including static/dynamic analysis, threat detection, and incident response.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture planning and define modern application frameworks (DDD, TDD, BDD).
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs, cloud-native apps, and containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm, aligned with GitOps principles.
• Ensure compliance with security and data standards like GDPR, ISO, and PCI-DSS.
• Proactively monitor systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to the discovermarket Storybook UI library.
• Champion best practices in development, testing, performance optimization, and code quality.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• Full-stack Engineer (3-5 years)/ DevOps/DevSecOps (2+ years) experience with architecting, developing and deploying modern cloud native solutions with microservices architecture.
• Experience working with microservices architecture and event-driven architecture.
  Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security features.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Working knowledge of container orchestration, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts to support threat detection and automation.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns and best practices in high-availability systems.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in the insurance or fintech domain.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to customer-facing product development and embedded insurance journeys.
