RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and oversee the execution of our global mobile application User Growth strategy in line with expansion objectives
• Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification 
• Leverage data to priorities the right projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly
• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment
• Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.
• Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
