Your Role:

• Enhancing, personalizing, and upgrading a BSS system for both current and future clients.
• Creating robust, scalable software architectures in Java and ensuring seamless integration with partner systems.
• Involved in the complete software development process, from gathering requirements to final deployment.
• Interacting with clients on a daily basis as part of Scrum meetings.

What We Expect From You:

• A relevant academic background (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and an agile mindset.
• A reliable, accurate, and independent approach to work – even under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry would be a significant advantage.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Java 11 or higher, Spring Boot, Maven, Gradle, JPA, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and SOAP.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins), AWS, Rancher, JSF, Oracle, JIRA, and message queues like Kafka, Active MQ, or Rabbit MQ.
