Work as part of a Scrum team throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Communicate regularly with customers through daily Scrum meetings and other relevant discussions.
Extend and customize the company’s software product to meet specific customer requirements.
Depending on your skills and interests, contribute to different areas such as backend, frontend, performance optimization, migration, security, or DevOps.
Design and develop scalable APIs to integrate with third-party systems.
Work with a broad technology stack, including:

Programming Languages: Java, SQL, PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL, JavaScript, TypeScript

Databases / Data Stores: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis

Application Servers: Tomcat, WildFly

Frameworks: Spring/Spring Boot, JSF, JPA/Hibernate, React.js, Angular, Next.js, Node.js

CI/CD & Infrastructure: GitLab, Jenkins, in-house systems, Kubernetes

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Several years of professional experience working as a Software Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and SQL.
Experience with, or familiarity with, the technologies and tools within the stated technology stack.
Experience with cloud technologies and building scalable software is a plus.
Strong team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Fluent written and spoken English.
