Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our technical manufacturing team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-precision assembly, calibration, and quality verification of our advanced 3D camera systems and robotic accessories. You will play a vital role in delivering reliable, cutting-edge hardware products to our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Production & Assembly

Precision Manufacturing: Perform high-precision electronic and mechanical assembly of advanced 3D camera modules.

Component Handling: Handle sensitive electronic parts in strict compliance with ESD standards, including occasional precision soldering.

Custom Orders: Assemble specialized camera accessories and components tailored for specific global customer orders.
2. Calibration & Technical Testing

Optical Calibration: Execute precise optical and software calibration procedures using internal test benches and customized software tooling.

Specification Compliance: Ensure every manufactured unit strictly meets our high-performance, high-accuracy standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Shipping Logistics

Inspection Loop: Partner with the internal QA team to conduct visual and functional inspections at every production checkpoint.

Issue Escalation: Proactively identify, document, and escalate any technical non-conformities or defects.

Inventory & Logistics: Manage component inventory and securely prepare completed high-tech products for international shipment.
4. Workplace Excellence & Safety

5S Methodology: Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and highly efficient production floor environment using 5S principles.

Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all occupational safety protocols and hardware manufacturing standards.
5. Advanced & Cross-Functional Support (NPI)

Robotics Provisioning: Set up, flash firmware, configure networks, and test robotic controllers for seamless integration into our automation systems.

New Product Introduction (NPI): Support the transition of cutting-edge prototypes into pre-series and mass production by improving workflow documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Experience: Prior hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, mechatronics, or industrial production environments.

Technical Skills: Mastery of precision assembly techniques, tool operation, and strict ESD compliance standards.

Systems Literacy: Solid computer skills to operate software-driven calibration tools and digital production tracking systems.

Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability within an agile production loop, and a collaborative team attitude.

Language: Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written) for internal technical communication.
Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience with camera manufacturing, lens alignment, or optical product assembly.

Familiarity with robotics, automation, or cyber-physical system manufacturing environments.

Prior experience with import/export documentation preparation and international shipping standards.
