Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Lead to take charge of our testing and quality assurance processes. This role involves leading a team of QC engineers, driving quality strategies, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QC engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Quality Strategy & Standards: Define, implement, and communicate QC strategies, ensuring best practices and quality standards are upheld.

Test Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software reliability and performance.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements while monitoring and analyzing quality metrics for continuous refinement.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of QC processes and results, providing regular reports on quality metrics and improvements.

Primary QA/QC Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters, providing updates on quality status and potential risks.

Quality-Driven Culture: Promote a mindset of quality and continuous improvement within the organization, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Required Skills & Experience

Extensive Experience: 8+ years in software quality control or assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage QC teams, driving efficiency and performance.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of QC tools, automated testing frameworks, and best practices for enterprise software testing.

Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey quality-related insights effectively.

Process Adaptability: Skilled at tailoring QC approaches to different types of applications and development environments.
