Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Control Engineer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring software excellence. In this role, you‘ll contribute to the stability and performance of our wide range of applications, including those in enterprise systems, AI, and 3D technologies. The position is primarily based in Ho Chi Minh City, with flexibility for a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet expected standards.

• Identify and document software issues, and follow through on their resolution.

• Design and implement strategies to continuously improve testing frameworks and automation pipelines.

• Write and maintain automated test scripts for consistent quality assurance.

• Engage in code reviews and provide input on quality considerations.

• Conduct thorough testing of API endpoints to validate system performance and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A strong academic foundation is a plus.

• Experience in building and executing automated test suites.

• Hands-on API testing knowledge, especially RESTful services.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with engineers and project stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with at least one testing-related programming or scripting language (focused on web or API testing).

• Comfortable working in English for both written and verbal communication.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to frameworks like Next.js and TypeScript.

• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL.

• Experience testing AI-driven functionalities.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps or cloud service platforms.
