Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Flutter BloC.

• Build and scale backend services using Flask, Firebase, and GCP tools (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GCE).

• Implement and maintain LLM agentic systems and pipelines in Python.

• Contribute to AI/ML-driven features like handwriting tracking, video generation pipelines, and Math word problem solvers.

• Take ownership of specific project deliverables — from design to deployment — with minimal supervision.

• Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD, observability, and alerting.

• Identify and resolve bugs, improve performance, and deliver regular feature upgrades.

• Make informed design decisions on data schemas and system architecture in alignment with business needs.

• Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure high-quality delivery within project timelines.

Projects You Might Work On

• Optimizing object tracking in video generation pipelines.

• Reducing video generation latency using pay-per-use GPUs.

• Enhancing real-time handwriting detection and rendering.

• Improving accuracy and responsiveness of an LLM-driven math solver.

• Extracting structured data from unstructured formats like PDFs or images.

• 3–5 years of experience building production-ready applications.

• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Flutter BloC, and Firebase.

• 1+ year of experience working on LLM/agentic pipelines in Python.

• 3+ years with Python backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI).

• 2+ years working with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Cloud Run, GCE, Cloud Functions).

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Google Cloud Monitoring).

• Comfortable writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with CI/CD, observability, and alerting systems.

• Familiarity with Langgraph or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

• Integration experience with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).

• Managing mobile releases via fastlane to App Store / Google Play.

• Background in computer vision models or React web development.
