We are seeking a React Native Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, smooth, and performant mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in React Native, mobile UI development, and best practices for cross-platform application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development: Build complex mobile applications using React Native and write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to improve application stability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and integration between mobile front-end applications and backend services.

• Testing & Automation: Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using testing libraries such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Detox. Help automate testing processes to maintain quality and reduce manual effort.

• CI/CD & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows, optimize build processes, and improve overall development efficiency.

• Performance & User Experience: Optimize mobile application performance by ensuring smooth animations, fast loading times, and responsive interactions to deliver a high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of mobile development experience, with a strong focus on React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with designers and backend engineers.

• Technical knowledge of mobile application development on either Android or iOS, including an understanding of OS-specific APIs and proven end-to-end development experience.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), and/or Scrum.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment that practices collective code ownership and pair programming.

• Ability to work across different client environments and platforms.

• Experience with React state management libraries or frameworks, preferably React Redux.

• Experience adopting unit testing practices with React Testing Library; familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for technical challenges, and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing animations using libraries such as Reanimated.
