Role Overview
We are a global technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for international clients. Built on a foundation of product excellence, speed of execution, and operational clarity, we are expanding rapidly.
To support our next phase of growth, we are hiring a Product Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and serve as an extension of executive leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution—ensuring our product, design, and development teams operate decisively, efficiently, and effectively.
What You’ll Do
-
Drive Daily Execution: Lead daily standups and weekly sprint planning. Track core priorities, task ownership, deadlines, and active blockers.
-
Bridge Strategy & Delivery: Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans and crystal-clear developer specs (including user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria).
-
Own Product & DX: Drive shippable UI/UX and digital experiences, ensuring seamless logic, localization, and exceptional user flows.
-
Optimize via Data: Analyze session replays, drop-off points, and user feedback to identify product bottlenecks and continuously improve performance.
-
Unblock Teams: Act as the connective tissue between Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and Client Management to resolve cross-functional friction quickly.
-
Drive Accountability: Set high execution standards, hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes, and step in directly to coach or realign when expectations aren't met.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ Years of Experience in product management, operations, general management, or cross-functional leadership.
-
Hands-on Executor: Proven track record of directly owning execution and outcomes, not just acting as an advisor or strategist.
-
Operational Mastery: Experience running multi-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) in fast-paced environments.
-
Systems & Scaling Mindset: Demonstrated ability to scale processes, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
Note: This is a full-time, dedicated role. Concurrent freelancing, consulting, or part-time arrangements are strictly not permitted.
