We are rapidly developing and launching new products. Our Project Manager will be crucial in managing projects from planning through to on-time launch. This role requires creating smooth workflows from concept to execution. It’s perfect for a self-motivated, experienced project manager who can plan, adapt, and collaborate across teams to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Improve product development processes through clear communication and problem-solving with stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Support deployments and improvement initiatives across operations, tech, marketing, business development, and customer service.
• Analyze business requests and build strategic cases with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders about strategy, requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Manage risks and priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in digital project management and product development, familiar with agile methodologies.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., Jira, Gantt Chart Tool).
• Ability to quickly adapt and experiment in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative, able to build trust and coordinate work across the business.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects.
