We’re searching for a senior QA Engineer to become our first dedicated quality owner and play a critical role in protecting product excellence. You’ll lay the foundation for quality, shaping how we test, release, and validate features — while acting as the ultimate decision-maker on whether a release is ready for enterprise customers. This role goes far beyond bug-hunting: you’ll ensure what we ship truly delivers on client commitments. As the company grows, you’ll have the chance to expand and lead the QA practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and define the QA function from scratch, including testing standards, workflows, CI/CD quality checkpoints, and reporting practices

• Serve as the final approval point for product releases, ensuring they meet both technical specifications and business expectations

• Cross-check product behavior against client-facing requirements to confirm features behave exactly as promised

• Validate AI- and voice-driven functionality, including LLM outputs, real-time voice flows, speech recognition and synthesis accuracy, and multilingual audio quality, in line with client-specific guidelines

• Test across multi-tenant environments, ensuring correct application of customer branding, configurations, and workflow customizations

• Own end-to-end testing for our React and Node.js platform, covering manual testing, API and integration testing (including SSO/SAML), and automated regression coverage

• Create and maintain automated test suites to improve reliability, expand coverage, and reduce repetitive manual work

• Perform performance and load testing to ensure the platform scales smoothly under enterprise-level traffic

• Partner closely with product and commercial teams to clarify requirements early and surface risks before they reach production

What You Bring

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering within startup or enterprise software environments

• Proven experience designing and owning QA processes, not just executing predefined test cases

• Strong hands-on background with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB-based systems

• Solid experience with API and integration testing for complex, enterprise-grade workflows

• A strong attention to detail, from UI consistency to edge cases in AI-driven logic

• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to engineers and translate quality risks for non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across APAC and EMEA time zones

Nice to Have

• Prior experience testing AI, LLM-powered platforms, or voice-based products

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress

• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools like k6, Artillery, or similar

• Experience validating multilingual or localization-heavy products
