Role Overview

Our enterprise provides next-generation MarTech services, offering a modular platform that enables global companies to unlock new revenue streams and rapidly scale operations.

We are seeking a QA Manual Lead to take full ownership of quality execution at the team level. In this role, you will define test strategies, lead hands-on automation and functional testing across concurrent project sprints, and mentor QA engineers. You will operate with high autonomy—establishing clarity, navigating peak-volume periods, and raising the technical bar across your squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Quality Ownership: Lead day-to-day QA execution across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining delivery health during peak release windows.

• Test Strategy & Delivery: Drive end-to-end test planning, scope definition, test design, and final release sign-off.

• AI-Augmented QA: Actively apply and champion AI testing tools (AI-assisted test generation, triage, and coverage analysis) in daily testing workflows.

• Hands-on Automation: Lead and contribute directly to test automation efforts, maintaining robust test suites across product roadmaps.

• Team Mentorship & Growth: Coach junior and senior QA engineers, developing their technical capabilities and fostering a culture of ownership.

• Process & Risk Management: Proactively surface quality risks, refine QA documentation, and establish repeatable quality standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers to embed quality throughout the delivery pipeline.

• Talent Bench Building: Participate in technical interviews and contribute to hiring top-tier QA talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience across functional, regression, integration, and API testing.

• Mandatory AI Competency: Comfortable using modern AI tooling to accelerate real-world testing workflows.

• Hands-on Automation Expertise: Practical experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).

• Proven Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated capability to organize, motivate, and upskill team members with a multiplier mindset.

• High Autonomy: Ability to establish standards, resolve blockers, and drive delivery with minimal supervision.

• Risk & Priority Management: Excellent organizational skills, managing multi-project trade-offs without sacrificing quality.

• Fluent English Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

• Track record of implementing AI or automation tools that delivered measurable speed or quality gains.

• Experience working in high-scale SaaS or MarTech platform environments.
