Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Robotics Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Robotics Systems: Design and implement innovative robotic systems, integrating AI algorithms, advanced sensors (e.g., cameras, lidar, radar), and robust control systems.
• Solve Sim2Real Challenges: Tackle the complexities of transferring AI models and algorithms developed in simulation to real-world robotic systems.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with software engineers, AI experts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.
• Stay at the Forefront of Robotics: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, AI, and related fields, identifying opportunities for innovation within our products and services.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the robotics team.

Requirements:

• Essential Skills:
  • Strong Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
  • Robotics Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in robotic design and implementation.
  • AI/Robotics Fundamentals: Familiarity with core robotics concepts, including:
    • Robot Operating System (ROS2)
    • Computer Vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV)
    • Sensor technologies (Lidar, SLAM)
    • Control theory and algorithms
• Desirable Skills:
  • Embedded Systems: Experience with Single-Board Computers (SBCs), microcontrollers, or low-level chip design.
  • Diverse Robotics Experience: Experience working on a variety of robotic platforms (humanoids, industrial manipulators, etc.).
  • Full-Stack Robotics: Experience with the entire robotics development lifecycle, from concept to production.
  • Engineering Tool Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor), simulation tools (e.g., ISAAC SIM), and manufacturing processes.
