You will architect highly scalable infrastructure, dismantle systemic bottlenecks, and drive technical decisions for critical services serving hundreds of thousands of users. What You’ll Do

• Own the Architecture: Design, build, and monitor reliable, production-ready backend systems from scratch to scale.

• Solve Big Bottlenecks: Look at the macro picture to propose platform-level improvements, not just quick feature fixes.

• Lead the Conversation: Drive system design discussions, challenge assumptions constructively, and mentor peers.

• Keep Tech Modern: Introduce cutting-edge tools and integration strategies to keep our software performance elite.

What You Bring

• 5+ Years of deep production experience with Go, Java, or C++, building distributed systems or data pipelines.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Proven experience setting up and monitoring stacks like Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.

• Deep knowledge of relational databases and complex SQL optimization.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants, with the critical eye needed to evaluate and optimize AI-generated suggestions.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience in a high-growth tech environment.

• Data engineering experience (Kafka, Airflow, PySpark) or Full-Stack capabilities.

• Cybersecurity knowledge and a solid grasp of CI/CD pipeline automation.
