Role Overview:

As a Back-end Developer, you will be an essential part of our technology development team. Your responsibilities will span all stages of development and delivery, ensuring that our work aligns with quality engineering principles, practices, and design patterns. This role is crucial in meeting the needs of our B2B clients in the payment and financial industry, enhancing their customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate within a product team, taking ownership of your tasks.

•  Work cross-functionally with various departments, including engineering, product, and SRE.

•  Architect, design, build, and maintain our SaaS platform, services, and systems.

•  Manage and troubleshoot production issues across services, tiers, and technology stacks.

•  Suggest improvements within the engineering team, focusing on interface, architecture, and new technologies.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor‘s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, preferably in a start-up environment.

•  At least 6 years of professional back-end development experience.

•  Proficient in Agile development methodologies.

•  Expertise in Java architecture, design, and implementation using Spring/Boot/Reactive.

•  Skilled in database design and implementation (both relational and NoSQL).

•  Experience with event-driven design and implementation (e.g., Kafka).

•  Knowledge of enterprise architecture and design is a plus.

•  Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.

•  Awareness of cloud-based architecture is a plus.

•  A strong desire to learn and innovate.
