About the Team
The Platform Engineering Team plays a critical role in supporting developers across the organization by improving QA, SRE, security, and infrastructure. As a newly established group, the mission is to "Empower Developers" by reducing cognitive load and automating repetitive development tasks, allowing engineers to focus on delivering value.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in back-end development for web applications.

Expertise in making technical decisions, including architecture design and technology selection.

Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and experience implementing automated testing frameworks (Linter, Code Analyzer, API tests, E2E tests).

Proficiency in statically typed programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Rust, Java/Kotlin, Go, etc.).

Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Strong English communication skills (CEFR B1 or higher), capable of handling daily tasks and meetings in English.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

Prior experience in platform engineering within a mid-to-large engineering team (50+ developers).

Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is a plus.
