Role Overview

Our enterprise delivers next-generation MarTech services, offering a modular platform that enables global businesses to unlock new revenue streams and rapidly scale their operations.

To support our expanding R&D and product development teams, we are seeking a Backend Developer to build high-performance APIs, design scalable database architectures, and drive the technical evolution of our platform. Working alongside Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers, you will write clean, secure, and maintainable backend code.

Key Responsibilities

• API & Backend Engineering: Design and build scalable backend systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs using modern web technologies (Node.js ecosystem).

• Database Design: Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas (PostgreSQL) to support web application features and high-throughput workloads.

• Developer Tooling & Automation: Build internal tools, scripts, and automation workflows to streamline build and testing processes.

• Technology Evaluation: Analyze, prototype, and deploy modern tools and frameworks to satisfy technical requirements.

• Engineering Excellence: Practice clean code principles, participate in code reviews, and deliver secure, production-ready code.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in working as a Backend Engineer 

• Practical experience working with Node.js, ExpressJS, PostgreSQL, and modern web architectures.

• Genuine passion for software engineering excellence, code craftsmanship, and deliverable quality.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
