The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Business Analysis team, collaborating with colleagues across the USA, UK, Colombia, India, and Vietnam to support clients in the Americas and build impactful digital products.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between global stakeholders and the engineering team in Vietnam, contributing across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Act in a Product Owner capacity, proactively managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between US stakeholders and Vietnam-based engineering teams, aligning expectations and resolving blockers.
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
  • Anticipate and document edge cases, error scenarios, and non-happy paths to ensure robust feature design before development.
  • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and potential blockers early in the process.
  • Support end-to-end feature delivery, from initial definition through launch.
  • Assist in defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution during development cycles.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and coordinate changes.
  • Act as a translator of ambiguity, converting vague stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Evaluate the impact of new features on existing systems, minimizing regressions and logic conflicts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong ability to quickly understand, simplify, and communicate both technical and business concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adapting to changes and solving problems proactively.
  • Strong appreciation for product design and user experience.
  • A test-driven mindset—thinking beyond how features should work to how they might fail.
  • Confidence in challenging stakeholders and engineers constructively to uncover hidden complexities early.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or similar roles.
