The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who goes beyond documenting requirements and actively shapes how products are designed and delivered. In this hybrid BA–Product role, you will interpret stakeholder needs, architect practical solutions, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to deliver features that solve meaningful business problems.

You will take ownership of the “what” and the “why” behind product features — ensuring that every solution addresses real underlying needs rather than surface-level requests.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Discovery & Solution Design

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover root business problems, not just gather feature requests.

• Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Design end-to-end workflows, user journeys, and process flows for complex features.

• Balance trade-offs between business priorities, technical feasibility, and user experience.

• Produce wireframes, process diagrams, and high-level data models to clearly communicate proposed solutions.

Product Partnership

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine roadmap priorities based on stakeholder value and technical constraints.

• Take ownership of specific features or product domains from ideation to release.

• Serve as a translator between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Identify product improvement opportunities through user feedback, analytics, and operational insights.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.

• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive consensus on solution direction.

• Simplify and communicate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Manage expectations and negotiate scope when required.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with engineering teams throughout development cycles.

• Ensure delivered features meet both functional requirements and intended business outcomes.

• Support UAT processes, create test cases, and enable smooth feature launches.

• Document features and produce enablement materials for internal teams.

What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated experience designing solutions—not just documenting requirements.

• Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder software products.

• Strong expertise in user story mapping, process modeling, and requirements documentation.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making structured decisions with incomplete data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.

Strongly Preferred

• Prior experience handling Product Management responsibilities.

• Sufficient technical depth to discuss APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineers.

• Hands-on experience in agile/scrum environments.

• Background in enterprise software or B2B platforms.

• Proven experience delivering complex features from concept to launch.

• Working knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis.

Nice to Have

• Product certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, etc.).

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Understanding of modern software architecture principles.

• Technical writing or structured documentation background.
