What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have

• Participate in RFI/RFP processes, contribute to proposals, and help define SOWs.
  
• Apply industry expertise (Telco, Banking, FSI) to deliver business-relevant solutions.
  
• Lead small teams or workstreams (3–5 members) within larger data platform projects.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to handle escalations, risk assessments, and resolve project issues.
  
• Maintain a Cloud Data Engineer or Architect Associate-level certification.
  
• Lead Data Engineering projects in cloud environments.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

Must-Have Skills:

• 7–9 years of experience in data engineering with cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in cloud-based data projects.
• Experience in presales activities (RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing, SOW creation).
• Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills to manage risks and escalations.
• Industry exposure in at least one vertical such as Telco, Banking, or FSI.
• Certified Cloud Data Engineer / Architect Associate (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AWS Glue, Kafka, EMR, PySpark, and DBT.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (lakehouse, streaming, batch).
• Ability to contribute to cloud modernization and migration projects.
