The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing technology company operating in the insurance ecosystem, with an innovative digital marketplace and open insurance platform designed to transform how insurance products are distributed.
The platform connects insurers, distribution partners, and service providers, creating a digital ecosystem around protection needs. Its orchestration platform enables customers to accelerate digital transformation and deliver embedded insurance experiences through white-labelled journeys and APIs across P&C and Life insurance.
The client is looking for Senior Full-stack Engineers to join its Vietnam team and contribute to an international technology environment.
In this role, you may work across two teams in parallel: a dedicated partner-account delivery team, where you customize and extend the platform for a specific partner, and the core product team, which continues to develop the shared product roadmap.
You will work directly with partner business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, shape solutions, and turn business needs into working software. You will own outcomes end to end — from proposing and building solutions through deployment, go-live, and post-launch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to the enterprise data landscape, including data stores and data flows across operational systems within a microservices architecture.
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable, maintainable, and testable components.
- Develop and deploy modern architectural patterns and engineering practices, including Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Build modern frontend microservices and contribute to the team's Storybook using the latest Angular technologies.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Actively use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor in daily development to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and explore better solutions while maintaining appropriate engineering oversight.
- Apply a shift-left testing approach, embedding automated testing throughout the development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Maintain high engineering standards with strong attention to performance, scalability, reliability, and code quality.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure engineering principles and technical standards are consistently applied.
- Produce clean, structured, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Use rapid prototyping approaches to accelerate solution validation and time-to-market.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies and engineering practices.
- Contribute to both the partner delivery team and core product team, balancing client-specific requirements with the shared product roadmap.
- Customize, configure, and extend the platform to support individual partner business processes, products, workflows, and integration requirements.
- Work directly with partner stakeholders across business, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into working software.
- Take ownership of partner delivery from discovery and ideation through development, production deployment, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
- Quickly understand new business domains, insurance products, and partner operating models in order to deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Effectively manage context switching and competing priorities across the partner and product teams while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
- Identify reusable capabilities and feed partner-specific learnings back into the core platform to strengthen the overall product.
Requirements — What Makes You Stand Out

- Strong ability to break down complex problems, identify practical solutions, and communicate key findings clearly.
- Ability to independently manage and deliver projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
- Proven customer-facing or client-embedded engineering experience, with the ability to own stakeholder relationships and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, facilitate working sessions, and communicate effectively with both business and engineering stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams, managing changing priorities, and operating independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.

A Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Senior-level: A collaborative approach to bringing business and technology stakeholders together to deliver solutions that generate measurable business value.
