Qualifications

Must have:

• 7+ years of professional experience building and operating production-grade web applications and platform services.
• Strong frontend skills with React and Next.js (TypeScript preferred).
• Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js/NestJS; comfortable designing REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating data processing, analytical, or compute-intensive workloads into customer-facing applications.
• Experience building systems that manage long-running jobs, workflow execution, asynchronous processing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Practical knowledge of containerized application deployment and cloud-native infrastructure management.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms, including identity management, storage services, networking, scalability, and operational governance.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, object storage systems, and data modeling principles.
• Experience developing configurable user experiences such as workflow builders, process automation tools, visual editors, or platform administration interfaces.
• Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including automated testing, deployment automation, infrastructure provisioning, and release management.
• Experience implementing monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization practices in production environments.
• Strong understanding of application security, access control, data protection, and multi-customer platform architectures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
