About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Game Artist to help shape the visual identity of casual and midcore game projects. This role focuses on defining artistic direction, creating high-quality visual assets, and ensuring a cohesive art style throughout the development process.
You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and production teams to bring engaging game worlds and memorable player experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Direction & Artistic Development

Contribute to defining the visual style and artistic vision for game projects.

Create concept art, mood boards, visual references, and prototype assets to support game development.

Ensure consistency in visual quality, art direction, and style across all in-game assets and environments.
Asset Production & Quality Control

Support the development of high-quality game art assets aligned with the project vision.

Review and provide feedback on assets produced internally or by external collaborators.

Help maintain artistic standards and improve overall visual polish throughout production cycles.
Collaboration & Production Support

Work closely with game designers, developers, and producers to align visual direction with gameplay requirements and technical limitations.

Participate in discussions related to UI, environments, characters, effects, and overall player experience.

Assist in establishing efficient art production workflows and asset pipelines.
Process Improvement

Explore new artistic workflows, tools, and technologies that improve production efficiency and output quality.

Contribute ideas for optimizing collaboration between art and development teams.
Requirements
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Arts, Animation, or related disciplines.
Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in game art or digital art production, preferably within mobile or online games.

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, composition, and stylistic consistency.
Artistic Fundamentals

Solid understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, anatomy, and visual communication.

Ability to establish and maintain a cohesive art style across a project.
Tools & Workflow

Familiarity with industry-standard art and design tools.
