About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Game Designer to help create engaging gameplay experiences for casual and midcore game projects. This role involves designing gameplay systems, balancing progression mechanics, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver polished and enjoyable player experiences.
The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills, with a passion for building systems that keep players engaged over the long term.
Key Responsibilities
Gameplay & System Design

Design and refine core gameplay mechanics, player interaction systems, and game loops.

Create gameplay systems that support engaging and scalable player experiences across different game genres.

Contribute ideas for new features, modes, and content updates to enhance retention and engagement.
Progression & Economy Design

Develop player progression frameworks including unlock systems, rewards, leveling flows, and upgrade paths.

Design and balance in-game economies, including virtual currencies, rewards distribution, item progression, and resource management.

Continuously evaluate balance and player experience through testing and iteration.
Feature Development & Collaboration

Work closely with engineers, artists, and product stakeholders to implement and improve gameplay features.

Support prototyping, playtesting, and iteration processes during development cycles.

Ensure gameplay systems are both technically feasible and aligned with product vision.
Data-driven Improvement

Analyze player behavior and game performance metrics such as retention, engagement, session length, and progression data.

Use insights and feedback to optimize gameplay systems and improve overall user experience.
Requirements
Educational Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Arts, or related disciplines.
Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in game development or game design.

Strong background in gameplay prototyping, balancing, playtesting, and system iteration.

Experience working with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent tools.
Technical & Design Understanding

Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression mechanics, game economy balancing, and player psychology.

Familiarity with development workflows and cross-functional production environments.
