We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced ML models and build the necessary infrastructure for seamless deployment and integration. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge data science technologies to enhance our products and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy high-accuracy machine learning models to enhance our drawing search system.
• Engage in the end-to-end software development process, from design to deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists to solve complex technical challenges.
• Monitor deployed models and continuously refine them for optimal performance.

What Success Looks Like

• Develop technology to extract valuable insights from drawing images.
• Build image recognition models and annotation systems.
• Explore and apply large-scale AI models (LLM & LVM) to improve performance.
• Work with data science teams to bring prototype models into production.
• Elevate engineering standards and enhance product delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 7+ years of experience in ML and data science applications in real-world industries.
✅ Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, statistics, and computer science.
✅ Proven track record of deploying ML models in production.
✅ Experience optimizing ML and statistical models for accuracy.
✅ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS).
✅ Proficient in English for business communication.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience in image recognition, OCR, and 3D analysis.
➕ Proficiency in GPU-based processing (CUDA, OpenCL, CuPy, etc.).
➕ Experience with ML pipelines (Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Apache Beam, Spark).
➕ Background in distributed computing and processing.
➕ Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
