About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design and build scalable, cloud-native infrastructure that empowers engineering teams to deploy and operate services efficiently.
You will play a key role in architecting internal “as-a-service” platforms using open-source technologies, driving automation, and supporting large-scale distributed systems in an enterprise environment.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on enabling teams and improving system reliability, performance, and developer experience.
What You’ll Do

Architect and build internal platform services based on open-source technologies

Design and improve deployment, automation, and monitoring systems for large-scale distributed environments

Develop automation tools and APIs using Python

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
-
Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms (primarily Kubernetes)

Enhance observability through monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
-
Support CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives

Participate in periodic on-call rotation
What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with Linux-based systems

Solid programming skills in Python (automation, APIs, operational tooling)

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman)

Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)

Experience with modern authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, Kerberos)

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git-based workflows

Strong background in observability and monitoring systems

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong English communication skills
