Key Responsibilities

Analyze and identify customers’ infrastructure and system-related requirements.
Provide advanced consulting services covering architecture, technology strategy, products, solutions, and services across enterprise infrastructure domains, including servers, storage, backup, monitoring, virtualization, and related technologies.
Assess and review clients’ IT infrastructure architectures and system environments.
Prepare and validate technical proposals, solution documents, and tender submissions.
Design, package, and position infrastructure solutions, products, and professional services.
Represent the organization as a speaker at industry conferences, technical workshops, and key events.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of technical capabilities, solution portfolios, and technology practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, enterprise infrastructure design, or a comparable role.
Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure and high-end infrastructure platforms from leading global vendors, including compute, storage, backup, virtualization, and data protection technologies.
Professional certifications in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, storage, or related domains are highly desirable.
Experience designing and consulting on large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects for enterprises and organizations is preferred.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with technology partners, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
