Role Overview

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own complex, cross-functional delivery initiatives spanning multiple engineering, product, and operational business units. You will take complete ownership of projects from initial scoping and governance down to final deployment—navigating ambiguity, resolving cross-departmental friction, and turning executive strategy into shipped outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of large-scale initiatives, coordinating deliverables across engineering, product, operations, and external client partners.

• Scope & Alignment: Define project scopes, business objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps—securing explicit alignment from senior department heads.

• Resource & Dependency Management: Own resource planning, project timelines, and critical-path dependencies; proactively surface trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Blocker & Escalation Resolution: Actively unblock delivery teams, serving as the primary point of decision-making to resolve cross-functional bottlenecks quickly.

• Change Governance & Executive Communication: Manage change-control processes and maintain structured, transparent communication across working teams, senior leadership, and external partners.

• Process Maturity: Elevate overall project management standards, refining delivery frameworks, templates, tooling, and governance methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects or programs within technology-driven environments.

• Methodology Mastery: Deep command of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with pragmatic judgment on when to apply each.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated capability to align senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

• Risk & Communication Expertise: Strong analytical problem-solving, structured risk mitigation skills, and crisp executive communication.
