Role Overview

Our enterprise delivers next-generation MarTech services, offering a modular platform that enables global businesses to unlock new revenue opportunities and rapidly scale their operations.

To support expanding project demands, we are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to take complete ownership of software quality across assigned products and features. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a technical specialist whose impact extends beyond personal task delivery. You will establish testing patterns, champion AI-augmented QA workflows, strengthen automation suites, and raise the bar for the entire engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Ownership: Lead test strategy, test planning, test design, and execution for complex platform features and concurrent product releases.

• Defect Management & Reporting: Identify, isolate, and document bugs with clear, actionable technical reports and root-cause analysis.

• AI-Augmented QA: Integrate and champion AI testing tools (AI-assisted test generation, triage, and coverage analysis) into daily workflows as a core standard.

• Hands-on Automation: Contribute directly to building and maintaining test automation suites (Playwright or similar) to increase test coverage.

• Peer Mentorship & Impact: Mentor mid-level and junior QA engineers, setting testing standards and elevating squad-wide execution quality.

• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Surface quality risks, edge cases, and delivery bottlenecks early—proposing concrete solutions before issues reach production.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Developers, Product Analysts, and Delivery leads to embed quality throughout the development cycle.

• Process Improvement: Refine QA documentation, testing frameworks, and release guidelines that teams adopt org-wide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience across functional, integration, API, regression, and database testing.

• Mandatory AI Competency: Demonstrated ability to apply modern AI tools directly to daily testing workflows.

• Hands-on Automation Expertise: Practical experience writing and maintaining test scripts using modern frameworks (Playwright or similar).

• Autonomous Execution: High self-direction; able to spot testing gaps, define scope, and execute without requiring oversight.

• Multiplier Mindset: Track record of elevating peer performance, sharing knowledge, and setting adopted quality standards.

• Analytical Precision: Sharp critical thinking with the ability to catch subtle edge cases and non-obvious system defects.

• Advanced English: Fluent written and spoken English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience introducing AI tools or automation frameworks that measurably increased delivery velocity or test coverage.

• Background in MarTech ecosystems or high-scale SaaS platforms.
