RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the transformation and continuous improvement of current QA practices
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and senior business stakeholders, ensuring customer impact remains a top priority

REQUIREMENTS

You would be a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a QA leadership/management role
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling QA teams, including recruiting, coaching, and managing performance
  • Hands-on experience developing automated tests in one or more languages (JavaScript, Python, or Java), along with solid experience in designing or maintaining test automation frameworks and using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience leading an automation team of at least 5 engineers
  • Ability to evaluate and guide the adoption of generative AI within QA processes, even without directly implementing solutions
  • Proven experience defining QA metrics and driving improvements in efficiency, automation coverage, and overall product quality
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above
  • A leadership style that balances people development with process optimization

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience overseeing QA for SaaS or enterprise systems with complex integrations (preferably involving Microsoft 365)
  • Exposure to initiatives involving AI agents or co-pilot tools aimed at enhancing QA processes
  • Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection solutions
  • Experience working with cloud storage platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Wasabi, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
