We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our B2B customer base. This role will be responsible for leading business development activities, acquiring new clients, hunting strategic accounts, and building long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and expand relationships with enterprise clients across various industries, including customer service, financial institutions, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
- Understand business challenges and present suitable technology solutions through discovery sessions, solution presentations, and value-driven discussions.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and solution teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with customers by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Contribute to market expansion initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and participate in client engagements, networking events, and industry-related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and developing strategic accounts.
- Previous experience working in technology companies, software development firms, SaaS providers, IT services companies, or digital solution providers.
- Experience selling technology solutions, software services, cloud solutions, data platforms, or AI-related products/services is highly preferred.
- Exposure to AI projects, AI-powered products, or emerging technology solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach.
- Fluent English communication is preferred.
