About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, high-performance experiences for trading and DeFi products. You’ll work on interfaces where users interact with real-time market information, complex financial data, and trading workflows across both desktop and mobile.

This role is highly hands-on, with ownership across the product design process — from understanding user needs and defining flows to delivering polished interfaces and scalable design systems.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, backed by a strong portfolio of shipped products.

• Hands-on experience designing trading platforms, advanced trading terminals, or order-book based interfaces.

• Experience in fintech, consumer financial products, DeFi, crypto exchanges, or closely related products.

• Experience designing iOS and/or Android applications is a strong advantage.

Design & Product Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and building/maintaining design systems.

• Comfortable using Notion for documentation and Linear for project/task management.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for consistency, hierarchy, usability, and micro-interactions.

• Ability to turn complicated trading concepts, financial information, and technical workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences.

• Strong understanding of responsive layouts and mobile-first product design.

You’ll have a direct impact on several core product areas, including:

• Trading experiences for spot, perpetuals, and derivatives.

• Mobile trading journeys and interfaces.

• User onboarding and activation flows.

• Portfolio, asset, and performance analytics dashboards.

• Scalable design systems and component libraries.

• User research, usability testing, and iterative UX improvements.
