Role Overview
We are a global technology enterprise building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for international enterprise clients. Our foundation rests on product excellence, engineering precision, speed of execution, and operational clarity.
Our UX Lab is where product strategy meets real-world user behavior. Serving millions of active users daily across global markets, the UX Lab turns user actions into actionable insights, rigorous experiments, and continuous behavioral monitoring to guide our product roadmap. When a feature breaks the user experience, we detect it first; when a change ships, we prove its quantitative impact.
As Senior UX Manager, you will own a core UX Lab team end-to-end—its strategic direction, talent development, and analytical outcomes. Reporting directly to the Head of UX, you will elevate user behavior to be the single strongest voice in product decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
-
Team Ownership & Roadmap: Define your team’s priorities, analytical scope, and outcomes—directing what user flows to investigate, monitor, and optimize.
-
Build & Scale the Team: Own headcount planning and recruitment from the ground up—hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing a high-caliber squad of UX analysts.
-
Drive Data-Backed UX Culture: Champion evidence-based product decisions grounded in quantitative metrics, funnel analysis, and controlled experimentation.
-
Quality Assurance & Standards: Establish high standards for insight quality, ensuring all analytical outputs are trusted and directly actionable by stakeholders.
-
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, QA, and Regional Market teams to resolve experience gaps before they impact business performance.

Proactive Monitoring: Drive continuous experience improvements through conversion funnel analysis, alert monitoring, and market intelligence.
-
Executive Visibility: Represent user insights, funnel performance, and team metrics clearly to senior leadership.
Requirements
-
6+ years in product analytics, UX analytics, or digital product data analysis, including a proven track record of leading analysts.
-
Demonstrated history of owning analytical business outcomes, not just delivering static dashboards or reports.
-
Strong Analytics Tech Stack: Advanced SQL proficiency coupled with deep expertise in modern product analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
-
Hands-on Depth & Strategic Breadth: Ability to seamlessly pivot from high-level team strategy down to granular funnel drop-off root causes.
-
Team-Building Experience: Track record of hiring, training, and growing analysts (not just managing pre-existing teams).
-
Clear & Direct Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and commercial groups.
Bonus Qualifications
-
Experience handling high-volume, high-traffic consumer (B2C) digital products.
-
Familiarity with AI-assisted data analysis workflows and automation.
