Tailor Solutions for Clients: Collaborate closely with leadership and enterprise clients—especially in sectors like insurance—to turn business challenges into practical software functionality.

Integrate Critical Systems: Design and support seamless connections between core industry platforms (such as client management tools) and customer relationship systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot). Ensure these systems exchange data securely and efficiently.

Develop Intelligent Interactions: Partner with AI and Product teams to build smart systems using LLM prompts and logic that guide automated agents.

Full-Stack Coding: Contribute high-quality code across services, including Go for backend development, TypeScript for web interfaces, and Python for AI components.

Work Directly With Clients: Join technical discovery sessions and deliver bespoke solutions for enterprise customers. This often involves creative use of APIs and hands-on debugging.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Brings 2+ years of hands-on development experience using modern languages like Go, TypeScript, and Python, along with a solid grasp of SQL and relational databases.

Has worked on SaaS platforms, ideally in specialized or regulated fields like finance, healthcare, or insurance.

Has built integrations between complex systems and APIs, especially for CRM or core business platforms.

Is curious about LLMs and wants to explore prompt design and architecture for AI-driven workflows.

Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple initiatives effectively.

Can confidently explain technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Experience
