About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, stability, and performance of digital products throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to identify issues, improve testing processes, and maintain high product standards.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing

Design and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation for product validation.

Perform manual and automated testing activities to ensure product quality and functionality.

Validate new features, updates, and system improvements before release.
Bug Tracking & Issue Resolution

Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies discovered during testing.

Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to support issue resolution and product improvements.

Monitor fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure stability after updates.
Process Improvement

Support the enhancement of QA standards, workflows, and testing methodologies.

Contribute to improving product reliability, usability, and overall user experience.

Help maintain testing documentation and quality-related reporting processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure product requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.

Participate in discussions related to product quality, feature expectations, and release readiness.
Requirements
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Technical & QA Knowledge

Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Familiarity with digital products, software development workflows, or web/mobile applications is a plus.

Understanding of manual testing principles and exposure to automation testing is advantageous.
